It was easy to make an appointment with Vernon at a time that was suitable to me. Vernon checked that the appointment was still suitable the evening before. At that time I notified him that a problem had developed with the bathroom lights and could he address this at the same time. He replied in the affirmative. Vernon met the appointment, replaced the bathroom lights, removed the old hot plates and connected the new hotplates. After the job was done, you would have never known they had been here. No dirt and nothing out of place. Vernon issued a receipt for payment and the necessary safety certificate before he left.
